How to beat it

You cannot tame the Sculksaur. It is a boss. The fight works differently on each edition.

BedrockJava

1. Bring a bow and a lot of arrows. Swords do almost nothing at first.
2. Shoot the 6 warts on its sides. Every wart drops Sculk Toxin and makes it weaker.
3. Craft Sculk Tipped Arrows from the toxin.
4. When all warts are gone, those arrows hit 5 times as hard. Finish it.

1. Normal weapons cannot finish it. Only Pus Tipped Arrows can.
2. Stay alive and keep your distance. Every time it hits you with its sonic explosion, it drops Skulk Toxin.
3. Craft Pus Tipped Arrows from the toxin.
4. Shoot it with those arrows until it goes down.

Good to know

• It shows up in the Deep Dark when Sculk Shriekers go off. On Bedrock it comes after a Warden.
• It is blind and hunts by sound, like the Warden. Sneak.
• It never despawns. Once it is awake, it stays.
• It attacks Wardens and wins.
